All rooms face southeast and have a standard layout for a student apartment.
Each room comes furnished with essentials for new students starting their university life, including a bed, desk, and chair, as well as an air conditioner and refrigerator. There is no additional charge for using the furniture.
Ceiling lighting fixtures and curtains are also provided, making the move-in process easier compared to renting a regular apartment.

The refrigerator has two rows. Freezer on the upper row.
