All rooms at Joyful Ikuta come furnished and are renovated. Common areas are equipped with auto-lock, parcel delivery boxes, and locked mailboxes that can receive large mail items, making it ideal for university students about to start living on their own.
We are currently accepting tenants for April 2024.
Application method: Those who have decided on their university and want to reserve a room can apply with a deposit of 10,000 yen. For those who want to move in after being accepted to a university and wish to prepare early, we offer a free provisional reservation! For more details, please contact the management office. Those who request information will receive a three-color friction pen and Laotian coffee as a gift. (We plan to recruit about 6-7 rooms for the coming spring.)
